I have had a wonderful response with nearly 40 applications sent to me! Thank you SO much for applying and expressing such interest in coming beside me in this endeavor. I am going to begin emailing the few of you that I am asking to join me on my team today, so please be watching for that. I'll need a response from you saying you accept or not with in 24 hours or I'll need to choose someone else.
For all the talented ladies I am unable to have come on the team, please know that I have thoroughly enjoyed reading your application and browsing your blog and that I have actually lost sleep over this decision! I have applied for many DT's myself and have not gotten picked...it's a disappointment for sure but being on the other side I can see why it's hard for the one that's choosing. Please don't give up trying and if all goes well in this pursuit I will be looking for more people to join me.
I do hope that you will all stick around to join us in the blog challenges and will be inspired. Thanks again and you'll meet the new team Monday!

I too hope to hear from you; but I also understand the stress you must feel! The candle I created with your blooms will be featured in the upcoming, FULL EDITION of Ready, Set Create. I wanted you to know! I am anxious to see the talent you've chosen! Blessings!
Ooh!! I can't wait to hear who will be your DT!! Good luck with your selection! Picking will be very hard, but I'm sure that whoever is chosen will make a great team for you!
